Known affectionately in the hotel as 'El Patron', John Desira owns and manages the St. George's Hotel and has been successfully running his hotels for over 40 years.
John speaks English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Maltese and Arabic.
Priding himself on his guests comfort and safety; passionate about food and quality service, his desire is to make his hotel, your home away from home.
Stella
Stella has worked alongside John for many years. Her attention to detail means that no one knows the in's and out's of hotel service better than her. Stella warmly welcomes all who arrive for breakfast each morning and her team of capable room maids will make your stay as pleasant as possible.
